- Prior to your treatment, your skin should be clean and free of makeup, lotions, and/or creams.
- Avoid severe exfoliation, waxing, and products containing glycolic acids or retinols in the treated regions for at least two weeks prior to treatment. Specific instructions should be obtained from your skin care professional.
- You may notice brief discomfort, tightness, or redness on your skin. These are all common responses that, depending on skin sensitivity, usually disappear within 72 hours.
- Tingling and stinging may occur in the treatment region. These sensations usually go away within a few hours.
- Client experiences will differ. The development of these symptoms may be delayed in certain customers.
- You will most likely experience effects immediately after treatment, and your skin may feel smooth and moisturised for one to four weeks after treatment if proper home care is followed.
- The skin is more vulnerable to sunburn and sun damage. Avoid excessive sun exposure and wear sunscreen with an SPF of at least 40.
- Exfoliation, waxing, and products containing glycolic acids or retinols that are not part of the suggested take-home routine should be avoided in the treated areas for at least 2 weeks after treatment.
